Calling all unionists!

Unions for Refugees Solidarity Night Join Unions for Refugees for the second Union Solidarity Night at the Kangaroo Point blockade. Show solidarity with refugees and people seeking asylum held in a suburban prison at Kangaroo Point, some for over seven years. Bring your union banners.

Participating unions include the Maritime Union of Australia, the Electrical Trades Union, the Queensland Teachers’ Union, the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union, the Queensland Nurses and Midwives’ Union, United Voice and the Queensland Council of Unions.
